In this chapter, the differential pressure-based optimal control strategies will be discussed with reference to the definition and identification method of the MUTL including the optimization of DP and optimal control for chilled water pumps. Utilizing the simulation system, the feasibility of the differential pressure-based optimal control strategies are analyzed, taking the factors of the working condition parameter of the system, the energy conservation effect, and the thermodynamic stability into consideration.
