The heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) system undertakes an extremely important task in the regulation process of indoor temperature and humidity environment of large public building, which accounts for more than 50% of the total energy consumption of buildings and more than 20% of the total society energy consumption in China. The HVAC water system, as an indispensable part of the HVAC system, accounts for up to 90% of system energy consumption, which has great energy conservation space. Therefore, the development of intelligent energy conservation techniques of HVAC water system for improving the overall operation energy efficiency is of great significance to global energy conservation and realization of the “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” goals.
