Finding Red Where It Does Not Belong: Post-Traumatic Neovascularization of a Cataractous Lens

The crystalline lens is essentially a transparent and avascular structure. We present a unique case of neovascularization of lens unilaterally in the eye of an elderly male patient with mature cataract.
