The Tilted Torted Optic Disc
摘要
Glaucoma is an optic neuropathy associated with high intraocular pressure and visual field changes. Various diseases can mimic glaucoma. Myopia is one of the common conditions that cause a dilemma in the diagnosis of glaucoma. The tilted torted optic disc common in myopes can also show changes in optical coherence tomography and fields, thus masquerading as glaucoma. This chapter tries to give some tips which can help us pick up true glaucoma cases in such a situation.
