Dilemmas of ICE Syndrome

Iridocorneal endothelial syndrome is a disease entity consisting of mainly three corneal endothelial disorders with abnormalities of the corneal endothelium, iris, and iridocorneal angles and secondary glaucoma. Clinical presentations of five cases and their varied clinical features and management have been described in this chapter. Differential diagnoses and modalities of medical and surgical management have been extensively elaborated upon.
