Posterior Polar Cataract and FLACS: Problems and Solutions
摘要
We present a patient with a posterior polar cataract who wanted femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery and underwent successful surgery with the implantation of a toric intraocular lens with excellent visual rehabilitation. This chapter demonstrates the ideal use of AS-OCT to detect pre-existing posterior capsular dehiscence and subsequent utilization of the femtosecond laser to enhance safety in these eyes.
