Peripheral Exudative Hemorrhagic Chorioretinopathy: The Maverick Mimic

Peripheral exudative hemorrhagic chorioretinopathy is a peripheral retinal pathology associated with vision-threatening complications if untreated. Hence correct diagnosis and treatment are crucial, and differentiating the condition from other peripheral retinal pathologies may present a diagnostic dilemma to the clinician. Various imaging modalities assist us in resolving this dilemma.
