Diagnostic and Therapeutic Challenges in Childhood Glaucoma

Childhood glaucoma is a multidisciplinary specialty. Management and treatment pose various challenges to the physician. Newer diagnostic tools such as the UBM, ASOCT, and genetic analysis augment and enhance the clinical examination to reach an accurate diagnosis. We present various challenging scenarios of childhood glaucoma and how physicians arrived at appropriate diagnosis and management.
