Dual Dystrophy: Multiple Dilemmas

The coexistence of keratoconus with Fuchs’s endothelial dystrophy has been sporadically reported in the literature with emphasis on their possibly common pathogenesis and management when occurring together. We, in our case report, describe the occurrence of KC with FECD in a young male and describe the diagnostic challenges and modalities in such cases.
