Unilateral Optic Disc Edema in a Young Male

Unilateral Optic nerve head drusen in a young patient is an incidental clinical finding. Although patients rarely display symptoms, clinical appearance can rarely be misdiagnosed as optic neuritis. The following case report demonstrates how subtle clinical judgment and relevant investigations can help in therapeutic decisions.
