Endogenous Endophthalmitis: Too Much Information Leads to Confusion
摘要
Endophthalmitis refers to the inflammation of the innermost layer of the eye tissues. It can be exogenous as well as endogenous. This chapter describes an interesting case of unilateral endogenous endophthalmitis in a 51-year-old female and the challenges faced during her evaluation and management. The dilemmas associated with the disease and proper treatment are discussed in detail.
