Anomalies of Pulmonary Veins, Left Atrium, and Left Ventricular Inflow

This chapter deals with the congenital anomalies affecting the inflow of blood into the left ventricle. This includes abnormalities of LV inflow such as congenital mitral stenosis and congenital mitral regurgitation, anomalies affecting the pulmonary veins such as pulmonary vein stenosis and hypoplasia, and anomalies of the left atrium such as Cor triatriatum and Supravalvular stenosing ring.
