Congenital Cardiomyopathies, Pulmonary Hypertension, and Other Anomalies

This chapter deals with congenital cardiomyopathies, including hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy/dysplasia (ARVC/D), and left ventricular non-compaction (LVNC). The other topics covered are pulmonary hypertension, including persistent pulmonary hypertension of the newborn (PPHN) and Eisenmenger syndrome, Criss-cross heart and superior–inferior ventricle, and juxtaposition of atrial appendages.
