Urinary Problems at Menopause

A significant proportion of women’s life is spent after menopause. Lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) are part of pelvic floor disorders (PFDs). The LUTS causes significant morbidity and hampers quality of life in this age group. Women suffer these symptoms partly as these are considered a normal part of aging. This leads to hampered social, sexual, and work life and low quality of life.
