In recent years, with the large-scale integration of new energy generation into the grid, the power grid has faced increasing challenges in balancing power supply and demand, as well as managing peak-to-valley differentials. Consequently, there is a growing demand for flexibility in new power systems. Within the total electricity load of Chinese society, industrial loads, with their significant base and rich adjustable potential, represent the primary source of flexibility in the power system. Among them, the manufacturing industry constitutes a major portion of industrial loads. Therefore, this paper focuses on how to dispatch IC factories and their auxiliary systems to utilize their regulation potential to help alleviate grid-side power balancing pressures while reducing the operating costs of IC companies.

摘要
