Using liquid hydrogen as fuel in hydrogen energy vehicles has become an important development direction. The on-board liquid hydrogen storage and supply system is a very important component in hydrogen fuel vehicles, and it has obvious advantages in terms of hydrogen storage density, overall volume, mass, etc. It can better meet practical requirements. However, once key components of the vehicle malfunction or collide, liquid hydrogen and vaporized hydrogen will leak and easily mix with air, further producing flammable and explosive gas clouds, leading to fires and endangering people's safety. Therefore, the safety of onboard liquid hydrogen storage and supply systems is crucial. This article designs a vehicle mounted liquid hydrogen storage and supply system. Firstly, the principle and design requirements of the vehicle mounted liquid hydrogen storage and supply system are analyzed. Then, the system control module design and safety design are introduced. Finally, the specific application and maintenance of the system are introduced.
