To address the performance bottlenecks, operational stability issues, and energy consumption issues of air cushion packaging machines in practical applications of box storage and transportation systems, this article analyzes the basic situation, existing problems, and optimization solutions of air cushion packaging machines. This article first introduces the basic performance of the air cushion packaging machine, including its main technical parameters, operational stability, and reliability. It also evaluates the current operating conditions of the equipment and elaborates on its working principle and function. On this basis, the performance bottlenecks, energy consumption issues, fault types, and their causes encountered by the equipment during operation were analyzed. Multiple performance optimization schemes have been proposed to address related issues, such as improving processing speed, increasing load capacity, and reducing energy consumption, in the hope of providing some reference for relevant practitioners.
