The purpose of this paper is to use artificial intelligence to assist in the design of a comprehensive operation and maintenance enrollment management system. Combined with the actual university enrollment work, fully understand the needs of the school, using object-oriented technology to analyze and design the system, combined with MicrosoftSQLServer2008 database platform, while the development and design of the system through ASP.NET to improve the management and quality of enrollment work. Especially in Northwest China, the enrollment rate of former students is 95%, which is very high for M schools. Using the machine learning model of artificial intelligence to improve the decision analysis module, the results show that the place of origin will affect the reporting rate, the system greatly reduces the management cost and provides a strong guarantee for the enrollment work of colleges and universities.
