The traditional design methods of form and style often rely on the experience and subjective judgment of designers, making it difficult to meet personalized and diverse design needs. The purpose of this article is to effectively describe and model the form style of product design, and it is necessary to study the application of evolutionary algorithms in it. This article analyzes the shape of hair dryers through example verification and comparison. The experimental data shows that the preference weighted values of the experimental group all exceed 2, and the curved hair dryer has the highest evaluation value.
