Design and Implementation of Web-Based Mechanical Fault Repair System

With the development of science and technology, the automation level of mechanical equipment continues to improve, and equipment failure maintenance management is becoming more and more important. At present, in the maintenance management of mechanical equipment, due to the large number of enterprise equipment, wide distribution range, uneven distribution of fault repair personnel and other factors, the traditional paper repair method is inefficient and cannot meet the requirements of enterprises for maintenance management of mechanical equipment. This article develops a Web-based mechanical fault repair system, which enables enterprises to quickly and easily understand the maintenance information of mechanical equipment in the enterprise, realize dynamic tracking and management of mechanical equipment in the enterprise, and repair faults in a timely manner and exclusions. Experimental results show that the fault handling efficiency of the Web-based mechanical fault repair reporting system can reach up to 94.1%. The use of Web technology can not only improve the processing efficiency of the fault repair system, but also improve a series of indicators such as its data accuracy. It is believed that in the future, this kind of fault repair system will be popular among major enterprises.
