Research on Digital Preservation of Architectural Decoration Patterns Based on Virtual Reality Technology
摘要
In theory, virtual reality technology is a computer simulation system that can create and experience a virtual world. It uses computers to generate a simulated environment, allowing users to immerse themselves in the environment. Virtual reality technology is the use of data from real life, generated through computer technology, to combine electronic signals with various output devices to transform them into phenomena that people can feel. These phenomena can be real objects in reality, or substances that are invisible to the naked eye, expressed through three-dimensional models. With the continuous maturity of virtual reality technology, many fields related to architecture have begun to use virtual reality technology to study and explore the application methods of architectural decoration and design. At the same time, virtual reality technology has also played a positive role in the protection of related architectural decoration patterns. This article mainly describes the application methods of virtual reality technology in the extraction of Mongolian decorative patterns and the digital protection of Tujia decorative patterns, hoping to provide inspiration for research and development in related fields.
