The standard cost system is the basic system of cost and budget management of electric power enterprises, the data collection business is one of the key links to ensure the power supply and operation, and the ERP management system is an important way for the efficient management of enterprises. The existing power enterprises have problems such as imperfect operating cost index system, data collection business process, and traditional system management methods. Based on this, this paper uses the literature research method, combined with the data acquisition technology, the standard cost system and the ERP system, which are three important components of manufacturing informatization, and uses computer technology such as data acquisition to improve the cost standard of production operations and establish an intelligent production ERP management system. Solve the problem of imperfect cost index system, so as to realize the optimization of enterprise production management and the improvement of efficiency.
