A Study on the Application of Photovoltaic Building Integration in Logistics Center Warehouses

Photovoltaic building integration is a new concept of applying solar power generation. Simply put, it refers to installing a solar photovoltaic power generation array on the outer surface of the building's enclosure structure to provide electricity. This article mainly focuses on the integration of photovoltaic buildings in logistics center warehouses. It first summarizes the relevant research, proposes relevant application methods, and discusses the results of the research. Taking local government platform companies or photovoltaic manufacturing enterprises as the main body, attracting multiple social capital to participate in investment, and coordinating the development, construction, operation, and industrial chain coordination management of photovoltaic projects in the construction field in various regions. We encourage real estate development enterprises to adopt models such as self-built and self-operated, contracted energy management, and entrusted professional power station operators to accelerate the formation of a number of replicable and promotable typical application scenarios and operation models.
