TOPSIS-Based Integrated Energy Service Station Siting Research and Application
摘要
The Integrated Energy Service Station (IESS) is a model for innovation in the energy industry, with its core purpose being to provide customers with a comprehensive and diversified energy supply and service platform. The site selection decision is a prerequisite for the success of an IESS construction project and involves a comprehensive evaluation of several factors. In order to achieve an objective and systematic decision-making process, the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) was used to evaluate and select the optimal site, which was further empirically analyzed for the siting of an IESS project. The empirical study not only verifies the applicability and effectiveness of the TOPSIS method in IESS site selection, but also provides a scientific reference basis for site selection decisions in practice. Through careful model construction and example verification, the study shows that the establishment of IESS will greatly improve the success rate of the project and the efficiency of energy services if multiple factors are considered and scientific methods are used for decision-making at the site selection stage.
