The Practice of Digital Education: Findings and Lessons Based on Urgent Outreach Activities
摘要
By a stroke of luck, a boring digital technology course was transformed into a university social responsibility programme that serves the community. As a result of the time limit, the programme requirements were completed in a joint effort between the school and the community university. This paper uses the assistance of the Faculty of Architecture as an example of how a department can quickly adapt its curriculum to maintain student satisfaction. Teachers and authors are involved in observing all activities and conducting semi-structured student interviews. Although there were many setbacks in the process, the stakeholders of the project were satisfied and even considered it a rare experience. This paper aims to compile the student part of the process, making it a reference point for future curriculum design.
