In the realm of executive education, professionals’ imperative to upskill is met with a rising demand for personalized learning experiences. This research explores AI tutors as a transformative solution for executive MBA professionals. By leveraging AI-driven personalized learning, institutions reshape pedagogical models for a more tailored MBA curriculum. The study begins by examining the current executive education landscape, emphasizing the challenges faced by professionals pursuing MBA programs. AI tutors are positioned as a promising solution to bridge the gap between traditional models and the unique needs of executive learners. Diving into AI tutor features, the research highlights their capacity to analyze learning styles, adapt content delivery, and provide real-time feedback. Drawing on case studies in MBA curricula, the study demonstrates how AI tutors contribute to personalized educational experiences.
