Artificial intelligence (AI) technology can produce a wide range of data, including text, photos, audio, videos, and 3D models said to be Generative AI (GenAI). It is achieved by identifying trends in the data that already exist as well as applying this knowledge to produce fresh, original outputs. GenAI is an essential tool for numerous sectors, including gaming, entertainment, and product design, as it can produce highly accurate and complicated content that resembles human inventiveness. Education could be one of the industries transformed by Gen AI like ChatGPT, which could lead to an increasingly technologically heavy future with all the benefits and drawbacks it brings. In this era of AI, the educational institutions where school children and students of higher education can easily adopt this AI technology mode for studying. However, this has become a huge challenge for the educational institutions in regulating the usage of Gen AI tools. Therefore, this study focused on identifying the benefits and challenges of Gen AI by generating a study plan and personalized questions to the students based on their present level of understanding, weaknesses, and strengths. This assists in identifying their talents, suggesting personalized training to enhance their talent as well as providing feedback to make them proficient in their selected fields. This analysis identified that Gen AI model saves time that helps all stakeholders to enjoy the benefits once the model is implemented. Thus, the paper concentrates in generating a platform in overcoming the lack of creativity, liveliness, and originality that educators can provide. Moreover, this study assists in bridging the gap between Gen AI and human educators.
