This paper introduces the concept of integrity fuzzy semigraphs and explores their properties. We further define and analyze the adjacent domination integrity fuzzy semigraphs, providing structural insights into their characteristics. Additionally, we develop the integrity-based structures for domination integrity, such as paths, cycles, and complete fuzzy semigraphs. These investigations contribute to the study of fuzzy semigraphs by integrating integrity measures with domination properties, offering a foundation for further research in this domain.
