Once a project has been initiated, the Agility Index is used to determine whether the project is on track. It helps to know if any changes are required to the scheme. The Tamil Nadu government has developed a new scheme called “Illam Thedi Kavi” (ITK)—Education at Doorstep—to bridge the learning gap during the Corona era. This study can be used to evaluate how well the ITK Scheme is working. To find out the performance, survey questionnaires were prepared and responses were obtained from the volunteers. The neutrosophic environment can be universally applied even with indeterminate and inconsistent information. The responses are converted into neutrosophic. The Neutrosophic Agility Index (NAI) of ITK was determined based on the responses. Score, accuracy, and certainty are also determined. It is very useful to understand how ITK works. Hence, it can be used to find out the performance of any company or project.
