In order to address the increasing incidents of cyberbullying associated with the social media platforms, the research work focuses on the integration of Open AI’s Generative Pre-Trained Transformer (GPT) with Situational Awareness Model for development of an Anti-Cyberbullying Application. Situational awareness makes it easy to understand complex scenarios and in-turn enhances decision making by effective recognition, comprehension and projection of environmental elements. GPT has emerged as an alternative to human writing, given its advanced text processing capabilities. This work is devoted to improving the Decision Support Systems with the help of GPT’s text processing capabilities. GPTs can enhance the perception, understanding and projection phases of situational awareness model thereby improving the efficiency and accuracy of decision-making process. The developed application would demonstrate effective capabilities in detecting, interpreting and responding to cyberbullying instances thereby creating a safer online environment for the users.
