The current study focuses on the impact of IoT-enabled workplace optimization and IoT-Enhanced well-being monitoring on employee productivity and working experience. A sample size of 300 respondents is selected from 20 IT companies in Chandigarh U.T. A stratified sampling technique is used to collect the data through a structured questionnaire based on a 5-point Likert scale. The study reveals that there is a positive and significant impact of IoT-Enabled Workspace Optimization on employee productivity and IoT-Enhanced Well-being Monitoring on employee working experience.
