A Blockchain-Based Anonymous Authentication Scheme for Medical Security

摘要

In today’s healthcare sector, the security and privacy protection of medical data have become increasingly critical. However, traditional methods of medical data management pose security risks. To effectively address these challenges, there is an urgent need for a more secure and reliable medical data management and access control mechanism. Therefore, this paper proposes a A Blockchain-Base Time required for vae for Medical Security (BAAMS) to store access records. In this scheme, a trusted third party initially uses PS signatures to generate credentials for healthcare workers. Healthcare workers employ randomized credentials each time they access the server, using non-interactive zero-knowledge proofs for authentication. Additionally, the server utilizes an accumulator to further verify healthcare workers’ permissions. Furthermore, the server uploads access records to the blockchain using a distributed ElGamal algorithm for traceability, facilitating subsequent issue investigations. Through security analysis, the proposed scheme exhibits advantages such as traceability, unlinkability, anonymity, and unforgeability. Experimental results demonstrate that the scheme outperforms other anonymous authentication schemes in terms of performance.
