Efficient and Lightweight Medical Record Query Scheme Based on Homomorphism in Wireless Body Area Networks

In the medical field, past patient cases are extremely private and have important value for current disease diagnosis. Therefore, how to fully utilize valuable cases without disclosing patient privacy is a leading and promising work, especially in the era of intelligent healthcare that protects privacy in the future. This article investigates how to securely access patient records from past case databases while protecting the privacy of current diagnostic patients and case databases, and constructs a privacy preserving medical record search scheme based on partial homomorphic algorithms. In our plan, by grouping patient data, query users can access patient medical record information safely by calling cloud services to query the case database. It greatly improves the timeliness and speed of information acquisition. The privacy of the case database and the personal information of current patients have been well protected.
