Adoption of Robotics Technology in Health Care: An Empirical Study in Emerging Economy
摘要
The innovative intersection of health care and robotics revolutionizes patient care, diagnosis, treatment, and overall operational efficiency within the healthcare sector. Integrating robotics into healthcare systems offers numerous advantages, enhancing precision, reducing human error, and expanding access to advanced medical services. Robotics plays a pivotal role in surgeries, enabling minimally invasive procedures with greater accuracy and precision. Surgeons can utilize robotic systems to perform complex operations, reducing recovery times and minimizing patient complications. Additionally, robotics in rehabilitation assists patients in regaining motor functions and improving their quality of life after injuries or surgeries. This paper aims to study the overall impact of robotic transformation on the healthcare sector by collecting data using random sampling from 103 respondents. A regression algorithm is applied to the data to check the relationship between trust in robotic systems as dependent variables and other independent variables. Also, the respondents’ opinions were taken to analyze the role of government, healthcare professionals, and the public in this regard. The result found that enhance remote healthcare, reduce human error, shorten recovery time, and clinical efficacy and safety have a negative impact on the trust in robotic systems. In conclusion, the fusion of healthcare and robotics presents an opportunity to transform the industry, offering enhanced patient outcomes, improved operational efficiency, and continued advancements in medical care. As technology evolves, the synergy between robotics and healthcare will continue to shape the future of medicine, making it more precise, accessible, and effective for patients and healthcare professionals.
