Artificial Intelligence-IoT-Enabled Blockchain Ecosystem for the Management of Agricultural Product Supply Chain

Agriculture and food production significantly influence people's lives. Foods grown using organic methods have increased considerably in popularity over the past few years. As consumers become more aware of the origin and composition of their food, they become more sensitive. Because the consumer who purchases the product at the end of the chain has yet to learn where the product originated, manufacturers are free to sell products with incorrect labels. Growers, purchasers, and a wide range of providers participate in the supply chain, an essential organizational mechanism. It is the foundation upon which the entire agricultural and farming sector is built. One obstacle preventing the introduction of trustworthy food tracking systems is the enormous complexity of the farm supply chain. The existing agrarian approach, despite its significance, is beset by issues such as inefficient management of supply chains and a need for more transparency about data. It has been recommended that an AI-IoT-enabled blockchain ecosystem for the agricultural supply chain be developed. Artificial intelligence helps businesses increase their productivity and income in the warehouse sector by collecting and analyzing information and inventory operations. Therefore, the proposed method of integrating an AI-IoT-enabled blockchain ecosystem with agriculture improves the sector’s potential and efficiency.
