Integrating an Information System Successful with Task Technology Fit: SME’s AIS Implementation
摘要
This study aims to see the perception of the use of information systems in SME’s using Task Technology Fit and the DeLone McLean Model. The sample of this study is SME’s registered in East Jakarta. The sample selection technique in this study used purposive sampling techniques. This study used data obtained through questionnaires. The data used in this study is panel data, namely data from various SMEs. The variables found are task characteristics and technology characteristics contained in Task Technology Fit theory and system quality, service quality, and user satisfaction contained in the DeLone and McLean models. The combination of models carried out is obtained from the modification of both models.
