The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about unprecedented challenges and changes to the way we work, which have significantly impacted the mental health and wellbeing of employees. By incorporating psychological principles into workplace practices, organizations can foster a healthier work environment and support the mental health and wellbeing, promote resilience, reduce stress and burnout of their employees, ultimately contributing to their overall success and productivity. Organizational initiatives related to the health of employees, particularly mental health, were examined to recognize the significance of psychology in curating these initiatives. This study also analysed mental health statistics to understand the impact of workplace stressors and the role of psychological principles in addressing them. The study helped to understand the importance of psychology in the post pandemic workplace for addressing mental health and wellbeing. Organizations have evolved over time to address mental health and wellbeing at the workplace, and one of the concepts that has emerged is the 4-H approach. It has also helped in identifying both positive and negative trends that impacted employees in the organization along with the importance of spiritual climate to reduce stress and burnout of the employees. By building resilience and sustainability into their business models, organizations have navigated various challenges while considering the several aspects of psychology for addressing mental health and wellbeing at workplace in the post pandemic world.
