摘要

Numerous solutions have been offered by the various researchers to deal with the load flow issue of the microgrids. Multiple distributed generation (DG) units with droop control and lack of a strong slack bus provide difficulties to analyze the system which cannot be solved by using the conventional load flow approaches. In the traditional power system, Newton–Raphson method mostly used to calculate the load flow analysis; same method has been modified in the study to deal with the frequency and voltage issue across the microgrid in a straightforward and efficient way. The performance of proposed load flow method is analyzed by considering a 10-bus system which consists of three DGs with droop characteristics. The proposed approach is quick and converges with less iterations.
