Bilateral Agreements on Shuttle Contingency Landing Sites and International Law
摘要
The United States concluded nine bilateral agreements on shuttle contingency landing sites with Senegal, Spain, France, Chile, Morocco, Gambia, Germany and Japan. This chapter considers their contents and their relevance to other agreements of air and space law. It also places emergency landing under general international law. Lastly, it considers a model agreement on contingency landing sites for future spacecrafts.
