Energy Security and the Strait of Hormuz: A Proposal for the Strait of Hormuz Forum
摘要
Strait of Hormuz is the most important sea area in the world because more than 20% of world imported oil passes through it while there is no alternative route. Increasing political tension threatens the safe transport though the Strait of Hormuz. The establishment of the Strait of Hormuz Forum is hereby proposed in order to secure the constant and safe transport.
