Diplomacy and State Responsibility
摘要
In the context of diplomacy, the law of State responsibility has not been applied as described in theory. This truth is proved by considering concretely problem relating to fact-finding, admission of State responsibility to protect nationals abroad, relativity of circumstances precluding wrongfulness, reality relating to indemnification and satisfaction. The future study of State responsibility should put greater emphasis on diplomatic reality.
