ANFIS-Controlled Hybrid Renewable Source System for Optimal Power Sharing
摘要
As many grid systems are included with renewable sources, optimal utilization of the generated power from these renewable sources has become mandatory. Efficient controllers will stabilize the system with faster response rate making the power utilization from the renewable sources efficient. In this paper, we are considering different sources like solar plant, PMSG wind farm, and battery storage unit. The unpredictable renewable sources, solar plant and wind farm, are connected in parallel with battery storage unit which can store excess power. This excess power stored in battery can later be utilized during deficit renewable power conditions. The renewable sources’ maximum power extraction is done using MPPT controllers, and the reference DC link voltage is set by controller of the battery storage unit. A comparative analysis with PI and ANFIS controllers applicable on the converter of battery storage unit is done for optimal power sharing and stabilization of the system. The complete analysis and modeling are carried out in MATLAB software with results represented in plotting graphs.
