Suniti Namjoshi is an Anglophone poet, fabulist, translator, and educator whose works reverberate with queer irreverence, feminist rebellion, and transnational inquiries. She has lived and worked in India, the United States, Canada, and England. She currently resides in Devon in Southwest England with her partner, the English writer Gillian Hanscombe. Some of her more well-known works are Feminist Fables (1981) and Saint Suniti and the Dragon (1993).
