The Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency (2021): Constructing a Child-Centered Prevention System

This chapter interprets the law of the People’s Republic of China on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency. This chapter clarifies the obligations and responsibilities of the social, school, family, and other subjects to prevent the child’s crimes. This law is a special law for the protection of the physical and mental health of children, the development of their good conduct, and the effective prevention of their illegal activities.
