摘要

This chapter systematically elaborates on the core content and institutional framework of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Minors. It conducts an in-depth analysis of three key dimensions of the law: first, its legislative background; second, its structural components, including the general provisions, specific provisions, and legal liabilities; and third, its core positioning. As a fundamental law for safeguarding children’s rights and interests in China, this law establishes a legal system centered on the “Six Major Protections” (covering family, school, society, internet, government, and judiciary), which provides a solid institutional guarantee for the development of children.
