Artificial Intelligence Technology Adoption on Enterprise Supply Chain Diversification and Supply Chain Resilience

From the mediating perspective of supply chain diversification, which covers supplier diversification and logistics route diversification, this study explores the impact mechanism of artificial intelligence (AI) technology adoption on enterprise supply chain resilience. A total of 145 manufacturing enterprises in China were selected as the samples for empirical research, and the structural equation modeling (SEM) was used for empirical testing. The results indicate that (1) AI technology adoption takes a significant positive effect on enterprise supply chain resilience; (2) Supply chain diversification including supplier diversification and logistics route diversification takes a significant positive effect on enterprise supply chain resilience, and both mediates the relationship between AI technology adoption and enterprise supply chain resilience significantly.
