They are specially adapted to live in such challenging conditions. Their ability to adapt their metabolism allows them to make a wide variety of useful substances, making them an important asset for biotechnology, health, and environmental sustainability. These organisms act as hard survivors in nature and are becoming important for improving fish farming health, helping balance gut bacteria, and creating beneficial foods and health supplements. Marine actinobacteria are known for having many useful properties, like fighting bacteria, stopping fungi, reducing oxidation, and helping control inflammation. They also help in adjusting the immune system and how the body interacts with microbes. Their metabolites help create new products like synbiotics, therapeutic molecules, and biopharmaceuticals.
