摘要

The multiplex networked industrial structure significantly increases the complexity of task scheduling. Multiplex networks oriented industrial scheduling with cross-layer enterprise coordination and heterogeneous task flows (MIS-CCHTF) is studied in this paper. The MIS-CCHTF includes the stages of constructing task processing matrices in different industrial networks and the scheduling stages of task execution. The differences in task flow between network layers are considered in the MIS-CCHTF. Firstly, the mathematical model of the MIS-CCHTF is established. Secondly, a population-based iterative greedy algorithm (PBIGA) is proposed to address the MIS-CCHTF. In the stage of constructing task processing matrices for MIS-CCHTF, an initial population is generated in the PBIGA through a random initialization method (RIM), and enterprise selection is optimized via destruction and reconstruction operations during the iterative process. During the task execution scheduling phase of MIS-CCHTF, the heuristic initialization method (HIM) is utilized in the PBIGA to generate initial task sequences, and various neighborhood search operations are introduced to optimize task sequences. In addition, the local search mechanism for elite individuals is employed in the PBIGA to further explore the solution space of the problem. Finally, the efficiency and stability of PBIGA in addressing complex industrial scheduling problems are verified via experiments.
