Enhancing Security in Intelligent Hotel Ecosystems Using AI-Based Phishing Detection

Development of the smart hospitality systems has made it more vulnerable to advanced phishing attacks against hotel infrastructure and against personal guests. The present paper offers an intelligent hotel ecosystem-specific AI-based phishing detection framework. Machine learning (Random Forest) and deep learning (DNN) models were applied to the problem with the help of data balancing and feature engineering; therefore, the system has high detection accuracy. Testing of a filtered phishing data shows that the model is effective in curbing cyber threats within dynamic hospitality settings. The suggested solution contributes to safer digital experiences in smart hotels of the future because it is scalable, and even in real-time scenarios, the chosen approach can improve cybersecurity.
