Automated Medical Report Generation via OCR and Generative AI
摘要
This study aims to develop an efficient medical image data processing solution by integrating Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI) technologies through interdisciplinary collaboration. The proposed framework enhances the efficiency and accuracy of radiological report generation. Currently, clinical imaging reports are primarily written manually, which is both time-consuming and prone to human error. By applying Generative AI to automate the report generation process, the system can effectively reduce physicians’ workloads, improve diagnostic consistency, and enhance report quality. In addition, this research focuses on optimizing medical image data management and transmission workflows, thereby promoting the development of intelligent medical image analysis and automation applications.
